When you subscribe, we receive the email address and billing details you provide at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number.
We use your email to deliver the feed you subscribed to, to send service and billing messages, and to answer your requests. We do not sell your personal information.
EarlyLot's feed is built from public records, including building-permit records and public county appraisal-roll data. It may include a property owner of record's name and mailing address (public record) so our customers can reach them by post. We do not sell owners' phone numbers or email addresses, and we exclude owner information that is confidential under Texas law.
If you are a property owner and would like your name and mailing address removed from the feed, contact us through our contact form and we will remove it. This is separate from the subscriber data described above.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a recognized payment provider; your full card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches EarlyLot. We also use a small number of infrastructure and email-delivery providers to host the site and send the messages you ask for. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service, and none is used to advertise to you or to build a profile of you.
The public site is static and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We measure aggregate visit statistics (such as page views and referrers) using a privacy-first, cookieless analytics service: it uses no cookies, builds no cross-site profile of you, and does not identify you personally.
You can cancel at any time, and you can ask us to access or delete your personal data through our contact form.
