EarlyLot delivers new building-permit records (currently new swimming-pool permits in Austin, Texas), compiled from public records and joined to the related property, parcel, and permit applicant, for your own business prospecting. It is offered two ways: a monthly subscription to a daily feed, and a one-time report (a single delivery of the current list).
The subscription is billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A one-time report is a single charge for one delivery, with no recurring billing; one-time report purchases are non-refundable once delivered (see our Refund Policy).
You may use the feed for your own outreach and prospecting. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the feed in bulk as a competing data product. You are responsible for ensuring your own use of the data, including any marketing or outreach, complies with applicable laws (for example, CAN-SPAM and telemarketing rules).
The underlying records are public records published by government authorities. We compile, clean, and deduplicate them on a best-effort basis and stamp each record with its source and freshness. We do not warrant that the data is complete, accurate, or error-free, and it is provided "as is".
The feed is compiled from public records. It may include the property owner of record's name and mailing address, drawn from public county appraisal-roll data, for postal and direct-mail outreach. EarlyLot does not sell owners' phone numbers or email addresses. Where an owner's information is confidential under Texas law, it is excluded. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any personal data complies with applicable laws, including direct-mail, telemarketing, and email rules. A property owner may ask us to remove their information from the feed (see our Privacy Policy).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarlyLot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the month giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes appear here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
